A Message From Our Founder
We take our role in business and the community very seriously. When a homeowner or realtor contacts us, we know that there is a lot is riding on the integrity and findings of that inspection. That’s why we go the extra mile to run a company that the community can count on. We’re proud of our company, our team, and our community.
What Makes Us Different
At 4U Inspection Services, we strive to provide each customer with unbeatable home inspection protection services because we know that your home is your most significant investment. We also know a thing or two about quality craftsmanship and properly installed systems, which allows us to identify problems and defects other inspectors may miss.
Our experienced home inspectors have been certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2), and the Master Inspector Certification Board. We’ve earned these titles thanks to our knowledge, experience, and dedication.
Our Certified Professional Inspectors
Dave became a Certified Home Inspector in 2014 after spending many years as a Carpenter. Dave is a father, and a new grandfather to his Sweetpea, Zoey. “When it comes to a home Inspection, I think of your home as if Zoey was going to live there.” Dave enjoys figuring out the complexities of your new home and attempts to explain them to you in a way that makes sense.
Rob has lived in Maryland all of his life Hagerstown, Ellicott City, Westminster. He earned his knowledge of construction through his successful rehab/rental business with his wife, Amy. When he had his home inspected by 4U Inspection Services, he knew he wanted to become an inspector to put his knowledge to work, so he retired after 26 years at the US Postal service to become a home inspector.

Our Leadership Team
Alan was born in Flintstone, Maryland. As a child, he remembers his dad working in various jobs such as a plumber, an electrician, and a state police dispatcher. His mom worked in the family’s chocolate business and was an excellent chocolatier! It’s easy to see why Alan can ‘sweat’ a copper pipe like a plumber and hand-dip chocolates with finesse (which he still does for family treats). He helped build the home is Mom still lives in today!
Alan is an analytical thinker and was always curious as to how things worked. These are the skills he has transferred into his inspection business and has earned him respect throughout the inspection community.
Alan earned his Master Inspector certification through the International Association of Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and is also a certified American Society of Home Inspector (ASHI).
He also likes to share his knowledge by teaching Continuing Education (CE) classes to REALTORs and serving on committees at Howard County Association of REALTORs (HCAR) and the Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORs (GBBR).

Lily was born and raised in Baltimore, whose parents are from Nigeria. Lily has been working with 4U Inspection Services since 2017 and have loved every minute of it. Previously, she worked in the hospital inpatient care. This helped her to have a calm nature, which helps me in my role here as an Office Manager.
